Most of us have some risk of diabetes.  Is there a way to avoid Type 2 Diabetes? What can you do about that risk to improve your health and life?  Here’s a professionally designed program that will help keep you healthy through education and wellness coaching.

Prevent Diabetes: Mission Possible is a 15 week program that will be offered at most of the Montgomery County Senior Centers starting the first and second week of January and continuing through April.  Call your local center for more information or call Alice Lodge 610.647.1315 / email aclodge@comcast.net
